Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise in analysis, requirements gathering, design, coordination, customization, testing, and support of reports within the client’s environment.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with both business and technical team members.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality and drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and deliverables.
- Perform root cause analysis of report-related issues and implement appropriate fixes.
- Support the development and evolutionary maintenance of the reporting environment to enhance performance, capability, and availability.
- Assist in defining technical requirements and contribute to the design and development of effective solutions.
- Manage report content and source code effectively, including troubleshooting and debugging as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Proficiency with Tableau (Tableau Desktop Specialist) and strong SQL skills for querying databases.
- Good to have: knowledge of Python, Snowflake, Statistics, and ETL tools/technologies.
- Extensive experience in creating impactful visualizations using Tableau.
- Thorough understanding of SQL and advanced SQL concepts, including joins and relationships.
- Experience working with different databases and the ability to blend data and create relationships in Tableau.
- Strong expertise in writing Custom SQL to extract required data from databases.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug data controls and related issues.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
- Strong troubleshooting skills to debug data control issues and optimize data workflows.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective data models and dashboard solutions.
- Good communication skills with a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Proven team player with self-motivation and a positive attitude.
- Thorough understanding of SQL and advanced SQL, particularly in the areas of joins and relationships.
