Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with and coordinate the setup of projects for the commercial market.
- Conduct feasibility checks and perform cost calculations for proposed projects.
- Set up projects in the project administration tool and maintain the project master file.
- Prepare and deliver detailed briefings on panel and project requirements.
- Consult on optimal project setup and ensure the best methodological approach is used.
- Manage project managers through clear briefing, supervision, and ongoing support.
- Perform quality checks, monitor implementation rates, and track project ratings.
- Prepare reports and maintain regular communication with the commercial market, including troubleshooting issues.
- Document errors, provide training to project managers, and optimize project setups based on learnings.
- Oversee and manage IT projects within the GMS environment.
- Drive continuous improvement of the project delivery process.
- Provide supervision, training, and guidance to freelancers.
- Plan resources and ensure effective utilization of freelancers.
- Contribute to product management activities related to the projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Good understanding of the sports business.
- Basic knowledge of standard project processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Working knowledge of Python.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma principles.
- Strong attention to accuracy and detail.
- Good English writing and speaking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in project management is preferred.
