Key Responsibilities:
Your Way to Impact
- Take ownership of transaction fraud risk policy, managing projects across card risk strategies, acquisition risk strategies, and payment risk strategies based on business needs.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including Credit Risk, Product, and Finance teams, to optimize fraud strategies and portfolio performance.
- Proactively identify emerging fraud trends and recommend effective mitigation strategies.
- Maintain and enhance monitoring and alerting capabilities to track PPC Card program health and provide simplified insights for key stakeholders.
- Deliver regular updates to senior leaders on portfolio health, including highlights, challenges, and actionable insights.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Take full ownership of the portfolio, managing fraud losses and decline rates end-to-end.
- Work independently and efficiently, taking full accountability for results.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop fraud prevention strategies, reduce losses, and optimize transaction declines.
- Conduct risk analysis and provide well-informed recommendations for mitigation strategies.
- Prepare periodic KPI reports that summarize the business unit’s risk and control environment for senior management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 2–5 years of relevant domain expertise.
- Strong problem-solving skills with sound judgment and the ability to think strategically, creatively, and practically to address complex challenges.
- Advanced analytics expertise with proficiency in SQL, Python, Advanced Excel, Tableau, and other analytics tools, along with a proven track record of applying them to solve real-world problems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable insights for diverse audiences.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams, build strong relationships, and drive results through teamwork.
- Experience in payments, transaction risk management, credit, or fraud risk is highly desirable.
