Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze hardware issues in Sound Box devices using FFR Ladder from MHD Funnel, categorized by defect type, aging, and model.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards (BSR, latency) with daily, weekly, and monthly updates.
- Perform data analysis for refurbishment activities at hubs and refurb centers, including defect tracking, part replacement, and warranty analysis.
- Monitor performance of newly launched devices through data analysis of BSR, latency, and MHD data.
- Track and analyze improved lot devices for performance metrics such as BSR, latency, and MHD data.
- Generate reports to monitor device health, battery health, software version, live device count, BSR, and FFR data.
- Track device health metrics (BSR, latency, battery backup) for new launches and refurbished products on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Analyze device life cycle data points impacting field deployment, including SIM card issues, charging problems (cable-related), and battery charging/discharging performance.
- Monitor battery capacity and performance by model, region, and operator on a regular basis.
- Identify and track issues or faulty components in field-deployed devices, such as battery failures, speaker defects, network latching problems, and merchant onboarding challenges.
- Identify devices running on outdated software versions and coordinate FOTA (Firmware Over-The-Air) updates in batch mode by model.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Advanced proficiency in SQL.
- Basic knowledge of Python.
- Hands-on experience with Google Looker or other data visualization tools.
- Experience in automation projects related to data integration, extraction, and visualization.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions.
- Experience in building management reports, MIS, and dashboards; proficiency in VBA.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Exposure to Looker Studio for data visualization (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Analyst, preferably within financial services or the technology industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability to translate complex business challenges into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in market research and analysis (preferred).
