Key Responsibilities:
- Build internal solutions with custom front-ends (web, mobile) and back-end services to automate business processes.
- Maintain high standards of development practices, including technical design, solution development, systems configuration, test documentation and execution, issue identification and resolution, and writing clean, modular, and self-sustaining code.
- Support partners in addressing day-to-day challenges by delivering innovative, scalable solutions and troubleshooting issues effectively.
- Analyze operational workflows to identify and define tool requirements that enable operational scaling, and lead the development, deployment, and ongoing improvement of these tools in collaboration with Engineering.
- Collaborate closely with analysts to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Integrate third-party products into internal systems while providing support, maintenance, and upgrades for implemented systems.
- Partner with internal teams to define and implement solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness of internal business processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Possess experience in one or more general-purpose programming languages.
- Communicate fluently in English with the ability to participate in technical discussions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possess programming experience in Java or C++.
- Demonstrate experience in systems software or algorithms, as well as in SQL, Spring, API development, Web Services (RESTful, SOAP), JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Available to work full-time for six months outside of university term time.
