Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
- Leverage AI and other technological tools to optimize business processes and drive innovation across the organization.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes to identify gaps and recommend effective solutions.
- Partner with IT teams to ensure successful implementation of technology solutions, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.
- Assist in testing and validating new systems and applications to ensure alignment with business needs and requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users, enabling effective adoption and use of new technologies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology, particularly in AI and Securities Services, to support strategic decision-making.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive projects and initiatives that align with and support business objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with emphasis on technology and business integration.
- Strong understanding of AI tools and technologies, with the ability to apply them to business processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools, techniques, and methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of the Securities Services business is an advantage.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements in the Securities Services industry.
