Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily processing activities to ensure transactions are completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor operational performance and customer service standards.
- Assist in resolving client queries and improving service outcomes.

- Support managers in overseeing transactions and meeting payment obligations.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduated from college in 2026.
- Have the legal right to work in India.
- Demonstrate strong academic performance and active involvement beyond the classroom.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and confidence in working with data.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate integrity and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Strong willingness to learn and contribute; prior banking experience is not required.
