Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with high-growth clients and market leaders across industries such as retail, consumer products, media & entertainment, pharmaceuticals, property development and management, education, and health sciences.
- Coordinate with EY colleagues globally to deliver services related to risk management, business and process controls transformation, and corporate governance reviews.
- Develop a strong understanding of the client’s industry and identify key performance drivers, securing buy-in on critical business issues.
- Continuously enhance personal skills through formal training sessions and hands-on project experience.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the practice by mentoring new team members and providing timely, constructive performance feedback.
- Conduct research on emerging industry trends, regulatory updates, and leading practices to provide insights and recommendations.
- Engage with stakeholders to perform end-to-end business analysis and requirement gathering, including elicitation, analysis, process mapping, documentation, and validation.
- Design, validate, and implement quantitative risk management models for market, credit, liquidity, operational risk, and treasury systems, and support related documentation and testing.
- Communicate with clients and onshore engagement teams to understand the IT environment and related business processes.
- Develop and execute test scripts for evaluating user security, program change management, and IT operations.
- Liaise with onshore teams or clients to collect necessary evidence supporting testing procedures.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Postgraduate degree (MBA) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 60% marks in the current degree with no active backlogs.
Skills Required:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
