Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) specified for the process.
- Consistently meet the defined productivity and quality targets each month.
- Maintain complete and up-to-date knowledge of the product and stay well acquainted with its features and updates.
- Ensure accuracy in the information provided to customers at all times.
- Understand the core issues raised by customers and respond with clear, satisfactory openers and closures.
- Work in compliance with customer requirements and process guidelines.
- Demonstrate teamwork and actively contribute to achieving both individual and team goals.
- Draft professional and clear email responses in English, comprehending customer queries accurately and replying appropriately.
- Use computers confidently and efficiently to perform daily tasks.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A diploma or degree in the travel field is desirable.
- Prior experience working in an agency handling customer service and complaints is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to read between the lines and understand underlying customer concerns.
- Proven ability to work as a team player with a willingness to learn.
- Good grasping ability, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong focus on customer centricity, adaptability, and a sense of responsibility.
