Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver analysis and insights to case teams, typically owning all or part of an analytics module while working collaboratively with the case team.
- Establish credibility by acting as a thought partner to case teams on analytics topics and drawing conclusions on various internal and external issues related to the assigned module.
- Communicate analytical insights by synthesizing and packaging results effectively, including developing presentations, slides, and charts, and by gathering, analyzing, and incorporating case team learnings into new best practices and methodologies.
- Demonstrate strong hands-on experience in at least one analytics topic or platform.
- Execute defined analytical approaches and contribute to the selection of appropriate methodologies to achieve desired outcomes.
- Communicate with confidence and clarity, delivering messages concisely through strong and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Apply strong analytical thinking to deliver advanced analytics solutions across the entire analytics lifecycle, codify knowledge, and provide expert analytical advice as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Data Analyst with a focus on the specified tools and technologies.
- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience providing analytics solutions in a commercial environment.
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills, including experience with mathematical programming and complex data challenges.
- Ability to understand business requirements and proactively propose appropriate analytical solutions.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in deliverables.
- Effective communication skills to present complex data insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A continuous learning mindset with a commitment to staying updated on emerging tools and technologies in the data analytics field.
- Prior consulting experience will be considered an advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Strong skills in data visualization, data modeling, and data analysis.
- High proficiency in primary tools and languages such as Power BI, Tableau, VBA, Advanced Excel, SQL, and Python (ETL and EDA).
- Working knowledge of secondary tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Alteryx.
