Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a Commerce graduate or hold an MBA in Finance.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in the Accounts Receivable process.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, including invoicing, cash application, intercompany transactions, journal entries, month-end reporting, and reconciliations.
- Ability to independently interact with internal stakeholders to resolve queries.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Well-organized and self-motivated individual.
- Detail-oriented, professional, and reliable.
- Familiarity with SAP is an added advantage.
