Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical expert on the DataRobot AI platform, offering deep technical guidance and support.
- Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and business stakeholders to implement, configure, and optimize DataRobot solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to the configuration, deployment, and monitoring of DataRobot.
- Onboard and configure existing SAS-based models and DataRobot Prime v6 Python models into DataRobot v8.0.21.
- Ingest LST report files from SAS and upload relevant metrics into DataRobot.
- Execute onboarded models using historical data and generate monitoring outputs within DataRobot.
- Compare existing Power BI dashboard metrics with DataRobot outputs and build equivalent visualizations within DataRobot.
- Lead the upgrade of DataRobot from version 8 to version 11 on Azure, coordinating with technology partners throughout the process.
- Configure and manage required Azure services (e.g., AKS, storage, networking) to support DataRobot deployments.
- Debug and resolve issues related to AKS container setup and configuration, and propose scalable solutions.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on DataRobot features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, technical manuals, and best practice guidelines.
- Stay updated on AI/ML advancements and integrate relevant innovations into DataRobot solutions.
- Manage Jira stories and work through the Shield process for PreDev, PostDev, Prod, and RTx environments.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes, preferably with experience in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Hands-on experience with Azure services, including Azure DevOps (ADO), platform management, configuration, and deployment.
- Proven experience working with the DataRobot platform, particularly in enterprise-scale deployments.
- Solid understanding of Azure cloud services, including networking, storage, and container orchestration.
- Practical experience with containerized deployments and troubleshooting in Kubernetes environments.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with SAS model structures.
- Experience in model monitoring, performance tracking, and working with visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication skills to support cross-functional collaboration and deliver technical training.
- Familiarity with enterprise deployment processes, including Jira-based workflow management.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in regulated industries such as banking or finance.
- Knowledge of U.S. Bank’s Shield process or similar enterprise governance frameworks.
- Prior involvement in AI/ML model lifecycle management and MLOps practices.
