Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the regular delivery of standard analysis and reporting through automation, streamlining, and migration to self-serve platforms.
- Support release and quality assurance (QA) activities for data pipeline and dashboard enhancements, including the development and execution of testing strategies.
- Contribute to initiatives in partnership with IT to build a well-structured, user-friendly HR data warehouse containing key business metrics such as quality of hire, productivity, and resourcing.
- Support bug and issue resolution processes by performing root cause analysis, impact analysis, solution design, and implementing, testing, and deploying solutions.
- Execute general administration and reporting tasks related to People Analytics and systems management.
- Provide analytical support for projects aimed at improving performance (e.g., quality of hire) by gathering requirements, engaging in discussions, problem solving, conducting analytics, sharing insights, building solutions, and driving change.
- Support broader People Analytics team objectives in delivering tasks, projects, and system enhancements.
- Create high-quality analytics and reports, translating them into value-added decisions and actionable insights.
- Accurately support business reporting and data needs across Gartner.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1–3 years of experience in data automation, analytics, and problem solving.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Management Science, or Data Science (preferred).
- Interest in building a career in HR analytics, data engineering, data analytics and visualization, business intelligence, or analytical consulting.
- Strong aptitude for using data, analytics, and business knowledge to solve complex business problems.
Preferred skills:
- Hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Power BI; experience with Visier is a plus.
- Preferred experience with tools and technologies including Microsoft Azure, Azure Data Factory, data pipelining, data transformation, and ETL processes.
