Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily collection and validation of data related to various aspects of Private Markets, using a wide range of sources such as public registries, primary research, websites, and news articles to ensure comprehensive data coverage.
- Conduct thorough research to gather relevant information from diverse sources and synthesize findings to support the team’s data needs and improve overall data quality.
- Maintain accurate daily reports of work performed using designated reporting tools to ensure transparency and accountability in task completion.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to emails from co-workers, seniors, and managers, contributing to a collaborative and communicative work environment.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools that enhance data management and reporting processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess basic proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and convey information clearly.
- Hold a graduate degree, preferably in communications, finance, or a related field.
- Show flexibility in adjusting work shifts, with a willingness to work night shifts as needed; no travel is required for the role.
