Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management & Inquiry Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for managing and resolving client inquiries, ensuring exceptional service and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze client inquiries to identify actionable insights that support informed and strategic business decisions.
- Quality Assurance Participation: Participate in sampling workflows and quality assurance initiatives to improve data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Data Visualization: Design and develop intuitive Power BI dashboards to enable effective data visualization and support stakeholder decision-making.
- Advanced Data Manipulation: Utilize advanced SQL and Python skills for comprehensive data manipulation, analysis, and insights generation to support product enhancements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data initiatives align with organizational objectives and promote a global perspective.
- Shift Adaptability: Adapt to varying work shifts as required to provide consistent and reliable support across different time zones.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proven experience in working with banking datasets and handling client inquiries.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and data manipulation.
- Ability to work in flexible shifts to support global business requirements.
