Key Responsibilities:
- Create and analyze functional specifications, including both “As-Is” and “To-Be” states, using the Global Process Structure (GPS) framework.
- Gather business needs from stakeholders and translate them into well-defined user stories or other relevant business documentation.
- Organize and lead workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to collect requirements and design future-state (“To-Be”) process models.
- Ensure that all requirements and user stories are accurately mapped to the appropriate business processes.
- Define clear and comprehensive acceptance criteria for each user story or requirement.
- Map each requirement to relevant business and product KPIs, establishing appropriate measurement mechanisms; collaborate with development teams to design and implement metrics where they do not yet exist.
- Analyze measurement data and collaborate with product managers to recommend improvements to global processes driven by the product.
- Collaborate with development teams to design effective solutions based on defined requirements and user stories.
- Provide developers with clear, actionable, and complete user stories to guide the implementation of technology solutions.
- Assist in the deployment and roll-out of newly developed products to ensure successful adoption.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Ability to integrate multiple systems while balancing and reconciling the needs of various cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in preparing and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solution readiness and user satisfaction.
- Capable of planning and delivering end-user training following successful completion of UAT.
- Provide post go-live support, identifying opportunities for new user stories and potential enhancements to the digital product.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and industry developments to drive innovation and improvement.
- Able to step in and effectively perform the responsibilities of the Product Manager, Head of Product, or Scrum Master when required.
