Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate front-end application issues by capturing relevant information, applying fix tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows both internally and externally.
- Utilize backend techniques such as capturing log files, querying database tables, updating database fields, and cycling servers to support issue resolution.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams through clear verbal and written communication.
- Document investigation activities, including notes, actions taken, resolutions, and knowledge articles throughout the lifecycle of each issue.
- Prioritize tasks based on severity to balance client expectations with business needs.
- Collaborate within and across teams to ensure that issues are escalated and addressed by the appropriate individuals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of six months of relevant experience in a technical or analytical role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language).
- Willingness to work the evening shift from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and collaborators across global locations.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts and provide on-call support as needed.
- Open to candidates from diverse educational and professional backgrounds.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Incident Management processes.
- Practical experience in SQL for data querying and analysis.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities for identifying and resolving technical issues.
