Key Responsibilities:
Workforce Management Data Analyst:
- Execute workforce management activities including staffing requests, requisition review and approval, planning, and vendor coordination.
- Analyze workforce data and effectively communicate insights and findings to stakeholders.
- Collect, interpret, and evaluate data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, forecast alignment, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Understand technology-related financials and support informed workforce decision-making.
- Provide backup support for workforce management leadership as needed.
- Develop and maintain decision-support tools using Power BI or similar data visualization platforms.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders through both verbal and written formats.
- Drive innovation and deliver process enhancements using artificial intelligence (AI).
Business Management Operations Analyst:
- Prepare reports and presentations, summarize key findings, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Design and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and recommend appropriate metrics for evaluating business initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies aimed at optimizing business processes and increasing operational efficiency.
- Provide proactive and effective communication support across the organization.
- Lead and support innovation initiatives and improvements using AI technologies.
- Acquire knowledge of technology portfolio management processes.
- Apply forecasting models and tools to predict future technology demand and support capacity planning.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and conducting financial analysis related to technology portfolios.
- Provide backup support for the technology portfolio manager when required.
Other Responsibilities:
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as directed by the Strategy & Operations Team.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and employment contract terms, including flexibility in work location, shift changes, and role reassignments as required by evolving business needs.
- Accept that the company may implement, modify, or rescind policies and directives at its discretion, in response to changing organizational priorities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies is advantageous, as the role requires strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; experience with additional applications is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage, analyze, and compare large datasets effectively.
- Experience in building Power BI visuals and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and derive insights from data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
