Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring and improving productivity while ensuring all customer commitments are met with timeliness, quality, and cost-efficiency.
- Develop and implement training plans aimed at maximizing workforce capabilities.
- Support compliance initiatives along with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) efforts to meet plant goals.
- Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of LEAN manufacturing practices.
Quality-Specific Goals:
- Maintain awareness of and adhere to the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations relevant to the role.
- Complete all required Quality and Compliance training within designated timelines.
- Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure full adherence to Quality System Regulation (QSR) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP).
- Maintain full regulatory compliance and meet all applicable legal requirements.
- Possess knowledge of production process Work Instructions and strictly follow them to ensure all products meet defined specifications.
- Ensure the accurate, complete, and timely creation of records and Device History Records (DHRs).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven ability to lead, guide, and develop high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in identifying and implementing best practices, with the capability to work effectively in ambiguous and dynamic environments.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally.
