Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and chat regarding product features and capabilities.
- Assisting customers with basic troubleshooting, configuration challenges, and advanced technical issues by collaborating with the development team.
- Communicating customer requirements promptly and clearly to the development team for further action.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong oral communication skills in English.
- Excellent analytical, listening, and organizational abilities.
- Proven customer service skills with a genuine enthusiasm for assisting customers.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and complete all job responsibilities efficiently.
- Energetic self-starter capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

- This position requires working in the U.S. time zone; selected candidates must be willing to work night shifts.
