Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance brand analytics and optimize managed market strategies.
- Utilize LS Salesforce for improving customer relationship management and boosting sales performance.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to derive insights that drive data-informed decision-making.
- Implement incentive compensation management solutions to promote equitable and effective reward systems.
- Apply statistical methods and machine learning models to enhance forecasting accuracy and return on investment (ROI) assessments.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and analytical reports using tools such as Dataiku, Alteryx, and the R Statistical Package.
- Perform KPI assessment and rationalization to ensure alignment of metrics with overall business goals.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support pharmaceutical research and development initiatives.
- Automate data processing and analysis workflows using Python and SQL scripting.
- Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders using MS PowerPoint and data visualization tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity and ensure consistency across platforms.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance analytical capabilities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a strong background in data analysis with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in LS Salesforce, with a focus on Managed Market and Brand Analytics.
- Skilled in statistical methods, KPI assessment, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
- Experienced in incentive compensation management and pharmaceutical research analytics.
- Proficient in using tools such as Dataiku, Alteryx, and the R Statistical Package for data processing and analysis.
- Competent in Python and SQL scripting for data manipulation and automation tasks.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentation.
