Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in structured technical training programs focused on IP, Optical, and Fixed Network technologies.
- Acquire hands-on experience by working with real network equipment, tools, and management systems.
- Learn the fundamentals of network design, security protocols, troubleshooting techniques, and performance optimization strategies.
- Develop professional communication and presentation skills through interactive workshops and in-person sessions.
- Collaborate with peers on mini projects and conduct micro-teaching sessions to promote knowledge sharing and team learning.
- Rotate through key functional areas such as integration, solution design, and project management to gain cross-functional exposure.
- Contribute to live projects and support business operations under the guidance and mentorship of experienced engineers.
- Transition into a permanent role within the NI APAC team upon successful completion of the program, based on alignment with individual skills and interests.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong interest in automation, artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML), network engineering, and telecommunications.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and communication protocols.
- Familiarity with automation and development tools, with foundational programming skills in Python, REST API, and JSON.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, with strong communication and articulation abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to learning in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Capable of analyzing multiple influencing factors and effectively prioritizing tasks.
