Position Description:
- Apply the Project Delivery Framework (PDF) effectively by understanding both Waterfall and Agile methodologies and how they integrate within the framework.
- Assist in the setup of IT projects by understanding key setup elements and collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth initiation.
- Ensure PDF compliance by creating appropriate repositories, entering and maintaining high-quality project data, and ensuring required artifacts are developed, reviewed, and approved.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop comprehensive project plans, and maintain schedules, plans, and resource allocations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and deliver project status reports that are accurate, timely, complete, and effectively communicated to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify and capture project risks based on input from project managers, and monitor and track associated risks and issues throughout the project.
- Conduct project assurance by reviewing project documentation and data for completeness and accuracy.
- Utilize tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), MS Project (as needed), ServiceNow, and Power BI, along with required templates, to create and manage project deliverables efficiently.
