Key Responsibilities:
- Address technical queries related to Razorpay’s APIs, plugins, and the complete product suite.
- Communicate technical issues clearly to both merchants and internal departments, including discussions with CXOs and advanced technical teams.
- Identify irregularities in product functionality and unexpected behaviors across Razorpay’s offerings.
- Provide timely resolutions to merchant issues by collaborating with Level 2/3 support teams using in-depth product knowledge and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Report product bugs and issues to the Product or Software Engineering teams via Jira and work collaboratively toward resolution.
- Log issues in the CRM system (FreshDesk), regularly update the progress, and ensure timely resolution of merchant concerns.
- Serve as a technical advocate for Razorpay products by sharing expertise in product implementation and usage.
- Improve the merchant experience by resolving technical issues independently, avoiding unnecessary developer involvement.
- Travel to client sites when necessary to resolve complex integration and customer issues in person.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear terms to non-technical personnel.
- Capable of handling complex issues independently and driving them to closure with minimal dependency.
- Strong logical thinking, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills.
- Up-to-date technical knowledge in the payment gateway domain is an added advantage.
- Capacity to develop an in-depth understanding of multiple products and associated processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to make quick decisions while advising clients or supporting the sales team.
- Familiarity with at least one frontend technology such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Flutter, or React Native.
- Knowledge of at least one server-side programming language like Java, C++, Python, or Go.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology (B.Tech/M.Tech) with relevant internship experience.
