Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in various Scrum ceremonies such as story grooming and sprint planning sessions, contributing to the identification of technical risks and proposing alternate solutions to problems.
- Take ownership of multiple significant software modules, ensuring their quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Plan, participate in, and perform the technical aspects of assigned work, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation for all technical work and processes.
- Proactively identify opportunities and implement patterns to continuously automate feature testing, setting measurable and tangible goals for test automation improvements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or a Master’s degree in a related field.
- Demonstrated experience of 1 to 2 years in relevant software development roles.
Mandatory Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Python Development: 1 to 2 years of experience in backend development using Python, with a focus on building REST APIs. Familiarity with web frameworks such as FastAPI or similar is required.
- Generative AI & OpenAI Integration: Basic experience working with Generative AI frameworks and APIs, especially OpenAI models, to automate tasks or generate responses. Capable of integrating these models within Python applications.
- API Development & Integration: Foundational experience in developing and maintaining RESTful APIs using frameworks like FastAPI. Understanding of authentication mechanisms and API integration is expected.
- Prompt Engineering for LLMs: Exposure to prompt engineering concepts for Large Language Models (LLMs), with the ability to craft basic prompts to elicit relevant responses from models.
- Python Data Science Libraries: Some familiarity with libraries like Pandas and NumPy for basic data analysis, data manipulation, and handling structured datasets.
- Agile & Scrum Methodologies: 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience working in Agile or Scrum-based environments, contributing in iterative and team-oriented development settings.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly document code and technical processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to technical discussions.
