Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact with Product Owners to elicit, analyze, and validate complex business requirements for software development.
- Manage and control changes from Product Owners that may impact the business case.
- Document and translate business requirements into detailed user stories, including supporting diagrams, acceptance criteria, and rationales for UX and development teams.
- Act as a proxy for Product Owners, serving as the key contact for development teams to address requirement-related queries.
- Maintain a high-quality backlog of user stories through regular backlog grooming activities.
- Contribute to the prioritization of the backlog to ensure development teams focus on the most critical tasks in the right sequence.
- Take on the role of Scrum Master, facilitating Agile processes and ensuring smooth execution of development workflows.
- Ensure accountability for the quality of work, delivering within established procedures and agreed timeframes.
- Develop expertise in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, or enhance existing knowledge in these areas.
- Continuously evaluate current workflows and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hands-on experience with Scrum/Agile methodology, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria using Behavioral Driven Development (BDD).
- Proven business analysis experience within a global organization.
- Strong ability to capture, document, and effectively represent business requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, research, and process mapping abilities.
- Proficiency in both technical and non-technical writing.
- Customer-focused mindset, committed to meeting expectations and delivering value.
