Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business analysis activities in relation to specific projects and the overall account.
- Engage with business users to understand problem statements and define the scope of engagement.
- Elicit and document requirements from stakeholders.
- Complete Business Requirement Documentation, including facilitating meetings and securing necessary approvals.
- Communicate requirements effectively across all touchpoints in the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with product owners to develop clear, non-implementation-specific epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work with internal project teams and business SMEs to ensure appropriate functional and non-functional use case requirements.
- Manage requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Specify and model functional and system requirements with expertise.
- Support functional testing to verify and validate requirements.
- Apply knowledge of modern software development, integration, and delivery practices using Agile methodologies.
- Actively participate in design sessions, contributing expertise in specific areas.
- Define solutions to address basic client business requirements.
- Demonstrate hands-on system knowledge from an end-user perspective.
- Quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures, grasp technical concepts, and adapt to change with ease.
- Possess experience in ETL and data integration domains.
- Analyze data using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Remedy.
- Leverage experience in BI analytics and data warehouse concepts.
