Key Responsibilities:

Strategy:

  • Drive platform strategy objectives for the WRB India Data Products team, including metadata creation, platform evolution, and design.
  • Lead automation initiatives to build self-service MI capabilities for WRB India, enhancing visualization and automating approximately 400 data and MI processes.
  • Manage BAU activities, including MI reporting, regulatory reports, campaign tracking, and fulfillment.
  • Deliver high-impact data projects such as metadata creation, data validation, data assurance, and addressing RBI, GIA, and audit requirements.

Business:

  • Understand the unique requirements of Affluent, SME, and Wealth Management businesses within WRB India to address data project needs effectively.

Processes:

  • Ensure robust management of Data & Analytics processes, including the secure storage and proper usage of personal and sensitive data.

Risk Management:

  • Handle and process data in compliance with Group and regulatory guidelines, ensuring all risks are managed effectively.

Governance:

  • Monitor, measure, and track the quality and efficiency of deliverables.
  • Support the formalization of Data and MI processes for improved governance.

Regulatory and Business Conduct:

  • Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct in alignment with the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take responsibility for regulatory and business compliance, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, guidelines, and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risks and compliance-related issues.

Key Stakeholders:

  • Collaborate with WRB India Digital & Analytics Head, Data Products Team Lead, and India WRB Business Heads to achieve business objectives.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in STEM subjects.
  • Proficient in SAS, SQL, Python, and Excel.
