Key Responsibilities:
- Support the collection, validation, and reporting of quarterly operational data.
- Utilize analytics to evaluate customer-reported data, ensuring no revenue leakage.
- Conduct analytical research on QMR and switched activities to facilitate management discussions.
- Deliver advanced and detailed customer performance data analytics with actionable insights.
- Assist with projects related to operational metrics, key drivers, and associated revenue.
- Communicate effectively with customers to promptly resolve open inquiries.
- Provide support and training on QMR topics to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain clear and concise documentation within internal systems to track inquiries and resolutions.
- Contribute to quarterly QMR business updates for regional finance teams.
- Play a key role in developing and testing system enhancements and process improvements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Self-motivated and quick learner who performs well under tight timelines.
- Intellectually curious with a strong ability to drive issues to their root cause.
- Skilled in organizing and prioritizing workloads while managing multiple business tasks efficiently.
- Possess strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to create and deliver persuasive analyses.
- Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is preferred.
- Proficient in change management and implementing process changes in an operational environment; Six Sigma certifications are an advantage.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Exhibit outstanding customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in PC applications, including Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook, with the ability to quickly adapt to and learn internal systems.
