Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with solution development and product ownership teams to provide feedback, discuss and document design challenges, investigate issues, and develop user-centric technological solutions.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the organization’s products and services to effectively support solution development and quality assurance.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders using strong interpersonal skills.
- Analyze and test software to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and total quality management limits.
- Actively engage in the entire software development life cycle, contributing to quality standards in initial stages and testing software for reliability and accuracy in later stages.
- Document activities, processes, and test outcomes with precision and accuracy.
- Design and implement customized test procedures for the organization’s products as required.
- Demonstrate basic competency in one or more ALI (Advanced Learning Initiative) solutions and related engineering disciplines.
- Follow organizational policies and procedures while acquiring job skills and knowledge of ALI solutions.
- Work under supervision and mentorship from experienced team members or managers to enhance skills and productivity.
- Develop proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and utilize them to support customer interactions and processes.
