Key Responsibilities:

Support process by managing transactions according to required quality standards:

  • Manage transactions in compliance with established quality standards.
  • Respond to client help requests via telephone and/or email in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Document key end-user identification information, including name, department, contact details, and nature of the issue.
  • Update availability status in the RAVE system to ensure process productivity.
  • Record, track, and document all queries received, problem-solving steps taken, and the outcomes of each resolution.
  • Follow standard processes and procedures to resolve client queries efficiently.
  • Resolve client queries within the SLA defined in the contract.
  • Utilize internal knowledge bases, resources, and FAQs to aid in providing effective solutions to clients.
  • Identify and learn relevant product details to enhance client interaction and troubleshooting.
  • Analyze call logs to identify recurring trends and prevent future issues.
  • Maintain and update self-help documents for clients to expedite resolution times.
  • Identify and escalate serious client issues to the Team Leader when resolution is delayed.
  • Ensure that all product information and disclosures are communicated to clients before and after the call/email.
  • Comply with service agreements to avoid legal challenges.

Deliver excellent customer service through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting of client queries:

  • Provide product support and resolutions to clients by diagnosing queries and guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
  • Assist clients in navigating product menus to improve their understanding of product features.
  • Troubleshoot client queries in a user-friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Maintain logs and records of customer queries following standard procedures and guidelines.
  • Accurately process and record all incoming calls and emails using designated tracking software.
  • Offer alternative solutions to clients, when appropriate, to retain customer and client business.
  • Effectively organize ideas and communicate messages appropriate to the situation and listener.
  • Follow up with scheduled call-backs to collect feedback and ensure compliance with contracts/SLAs.

Build capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain superior customer service levels for existing accounts/clients:

  • Participate in product training to stay up-to-date with product features, updates, and changes.
  • Enroll in product-specific and other relevant trainings as required by the client.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to identify training themes and learning opportunities to better serve clients.
  • Update job knowledge through self-learning opportunities and by maintaining personal networks.
