Key Responsibilities:
- Combine technical support expertise with problem-solving and customer service to address client needs.
- Apply strong people skills, with technical training provided to enhance service delivery.

- Begin by mastering one client on production during the first month of training.
- Multitask by providing interactive solutions via chat, email, and MS Teams, while delivering concierge-level customer care.
- Collaborate with back-office teams to manage escalations and resolve complex issues.
- Work closely with senior team members to gain insights and enhance your knowledge.
- Expand your understanding of various job roles by interacting with diverse people and solving a variety of problems.

Eligibility Criteria:
- 0-1 year of experience in customer service or technical support roles.
- Flexibility to work in both Voice and Chat processes.
- Willingness to work in Night Shifts or Rotational Shifts.
- Ability to work from the office as part of a Hybrid Work Model.
- Proficiency in Windows 10 troubleshooting, along with strong communication and customer service skills.
Preferred skills:
- Experience working with Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems.
- Expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Previous experience in a support help desk role.
- Background in customer support.
- Ability to modify approaches and adapt to diverse customer needs.
