Key Responsibilities:
- Apply skills and tools to identify and resolve complex business issues.
- Conduct and document analyses while adhering to guidelines and standards to minimize gaps.
- Differentiate between strategic and tactical decisions based on longitudinal impact analysis.
- Understand the business problems and goals of various users, providing actionable insights.
- Guide the MIS team to ensure they meet their responsibilities according to expectations.
- Support the implementation and rollout of proposed data solutions.

- Take ownership of various business dashboards.
- Drive data automation efforts using Python and Databricks.
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure timely and successful project go-lives.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Over 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Exceptional planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work in ambiguous environments with a high sense of ownership.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel at an expert level.
- Hands-on experience with Python, Snowflake, Databricks, and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of basic statistics and probability concepts.
- Strong drive to move quickly and break through barriers.
