Key Responsibilities:
The Cloud Reporting team is responsible for:
- Designing, creating, and deploying SAP SuccessFactors reports, including Report Stories, for customers using the cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) suite.
- Providing end-user and internal training on cloud-based reporting tools and their application across all areas of the HCM suite.
- Supporting and enhancing active reports for the SAP SuccessFactors customer base.
Key duties include:
- Creating reports using SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools for customers.
- Performing technical and functional analysis of SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite modules to offer best-practice reporting guidance.
- Implementing and testing development items.
- Developing ad hoc reports from various data sources.
- Preparing and updating technical and functional specification documents.
- Generating ad hoc queries for verification purposes.
- Interpreting and applying business logic and data mapping.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0-3 years of industry experience.
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud or SAP SuccessFactors Report Stories.
- Exposure to the SAP SuccessFactors cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) suite.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with other reporting or analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Enthusiastic attitude with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet multiple deadlines.
- Methodical, detail-oriented, and thorough in work approach.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to changing requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree.
