Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Partner Technology Services team to develop next-generation partner solutions at Apptio.
  • Work closely with the partner ecosystem and internal teams to create and bring joint solutions to the market.
  • Understand the technical requirements of partners and architect solutions that address both partner and customer needs.
  • Act as the technical liaison between Apptio and partner organizations, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Provide technical support and training to partners to facilitate successful implementation and adoption of joint solutions.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Previous experience in technical support, software services, or system administration for a large end-user community.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, data analysis, and working with Windows Servers.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong database skills, including the ability to write and update SQL queries.
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript or a similar programming language.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and applying them in customer-facing scenarios.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers at an executive level on technical details, progress, and next steps.
  • Proven ability to manage time efficiently, balancing multiple tasks with different priorities and urgency levels.
  • Ability to act as a customer advocate by staying informed and communicating updates effectively within the company or team.
  • Dedication to resolving customer issues, driving investigations to identify the root cause, and establishing clear resolution plans.
