Key Responsibilities:
- Receive detailed instructions to design and develop solutions and functionality that drive business growth.
- Assist with writing and testing code.
- Assist with the execution of automated testing.
- Follow directions from various stakeholders to participate in software deployment.
- Assist with delivering software components in collaboration with the product team.
- Support the integration and building of solutions through automation and coding, using third-party software.
- Receive detailed instructions to craft, build, and debug large-scale distributed systems.
- Assist with writing, updating, and maintaining technical programs, end-user documentation, and operational procedures.
- Assist with refactoring code.
- Assist with reviewing code written by other developers.
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
- Knowledge of cloud architecture and services across multiple public clouds such as AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience developing in programming languages such as C/C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, Node.js, etc., and familiarity with libraries and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design, with excellent analytical and debugging skills.
- Knowledge of microservices-based software architecture and experience with API product development.
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL data stores, including Elasticsearch, MongoDB, and Cassandra.
- Familiarity with container runtimes like Kubernetes, Docker, and LXC/LXD.
- Familiar with agile and lean practices, and committed to test-driven development.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers.
- Possess a proactive, can-do attitude and take initiative.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and as part of a team.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse team with different backgrounds and experience levels.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals.
- Leading SAFe certification.
Required Experience:
- Entry-level experience working with geo-distributed teams through innovation, bootstrapping, pilot, and production phases, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to achieve the highest levels of quality and performance.
- Entry-level experience with tools across the full software delivery lifecycle, such as IDEs, source control, CI, testing, mocking, work tracking, and defect management.
- Entry-level experience in Agile and Lean methodologies, Continuous Delivery/DevOps, and data-driven processes.
- Familiarity with working with large data sets and the ability to apply appropriate ML/AI algorithms.
- Entry-level experience in developing micro-services and RESTful APIs.
- Entry-level experience in software development.
