Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in intentional and structured career development activities, receiving active coaching and mentoring.
- Complete formal training in engineering fundamentals essential to Baker Hughes Engineers and relevant to the business.
- Network globally and cross-functionally, lead program initiatives or projects with peers, and interact with global business leaders across functions.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
Preferred skills:
- Experience in concept design and development of new domain services such as knowledge management, data ingestion, and virtualization services.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C# and Java.
- Achieved a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent).Graduated from your bachelor’s degree program within the last 36 months.
- Fluent in written and spoken English with effective communication skills.
- Inquisitive and demonstrate a strong desire for continuous learning.
- Geographically mobile and able to travel internationally.
- Legally entitled to work in the country where you are applying (India).
