Key Responsibilities:
- Independently solve business problems using data mining, analysis, and automation techniques.
- Analyze data from multiple sources to evaluate business performance and generate actionable insights.
- Support the development of presentations and analytical materials for leadership and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the United States and India to provide analytical support and insights.
- Utilize AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity to improve daily work efficiency and analytical productivity.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a quantitative discipline such as Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or Operations Research.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write high-performance, scalable, and industry-standard code.
- Strong intellectual curiosity and ability to manipulate and analyze complex, high-volume, and high-dimensional datasets from multiple sources to identify meaningful patterns and relationships.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization.
- Willingness to travel to the United States for approximately 1–2 weeks annually.
- Legally authorized to work for any employer in India without requiring sponsorship.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Successful completion of the required interview process.
Preferred Skills:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience or knowledge of airline operations is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Python libraries for data analysis and related applications.
- Familiarity with reporting and data visualization tools such as Spotfire, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in academic projects, internships, or professional work environments.
- Knowledge of automation platforms such as Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Zapier, or n8n.
