Key Responsibilities:
- Build internal solutions with custom front-end applications, including web and mobile interfaces, and back-end services that automate and streamline business processes.
- Maintain high standards of software development practices, including technical design, solution development, system configuration, test documentation and execution, issue identification and resolution, and writing clean, modular, maintainable, and self-sustaining code.
- Support partners in addressing their day-to-day operational challenges by delivering innovative and scalable solutions and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Understand operational workflows, identify and define tool requirements to support operational scalability, and drive the initial and ongoing development and deployment of these tools in collaboration with the Engineering team.
- Work closely with analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into effective and scalable technical solutions.
- Integrate third-party products and applications with internal systems while providing ongoing support, maintenance, and upgrades for implemented solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define, develop, and implement technology solutions that improve and optimize internal business processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages.
- Strong English communication skills, with the ability to actively participate in technical discussions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
- Experience with systems software or algorithms, along with knowledge of SQL, Spring, API development, Web Services (RESTful and SOAP), JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Availability to work full-time for a minimum of 10–12 weeks outside of the university term period.
