Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the timely and effective reconciliation of all assigned General Ledger accounts.
- Ensure accurate clearance of reconciling items in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure accurate posting of General Ledger entries in SAP and customer accounts.
- Research, track, and timely resolve outstanding reconciling items and related issues.
- Apply advanced research and analytical techniques to accurately identify the root causes of reconciling items.
- Participate in month-end closing activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities in reporting, reconciliation, and analysis.
- Communicate with internal teams and processors to escalate and resolve discrepancies effectively.
- Drive the adoption of technology and process changes to improve operational efficiency.
- Assist with escalated cases and provide appropriate support for timely resolution.
Eligibility Criteria:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
