Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the technical delivery of standard configurations, custom development, and data migration activities for Salesforce implementations.
- Follow established standards and best practices for source code management, version control, and code deployment.
- Understand project requirements and conduct in-depth troubleshooting and debugging to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with Salesforce product teams to support successful client implementations and resolve technical challenges.
- Work remotely and collaborate effectively with global teams to deliver projects across different geographies.
- Maintain flexibility in working hours to accommodate collaboration and delivery requirements across different time zones.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must be pursuing or completing a B.E./B.Tech. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or an equivalent field, with graduation expected in 2026.
- Candidates must have a minimum CGPA of 7.0 with no active backlogs.
- Candidates with 0-12 months of relevant work experience are eligible.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and front-end development.
- Strong knowledge of Java, C++, or Node.js, along with a good understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
- Basic knowledge of relational database management systems (RDBMS).
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP and HTTPS.
- Good understanding of the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture.
