Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Agentic AI workflows by leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), planning systems, tools, and memory components.
- Build, integrate, and maintain LLM-powered applications using frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using frameworks including Django, Flask, FastAPI, Robyn, and Vert.x.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines utilizing vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search techniques.
- Develop and optimize Machine Learning models, including feature engineering, data preprocessing, and model evaluation.
- Design, develop, and maintain secure web applications and microservices with authentication mechanisms such as OAuth and JWT.
- Implement and manage asynchronous task processing and background AI workloads using Celery.
- Work with databases and search platforms, including MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, and ScyllaDB, to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Containerize applications using Docker and support deployment, orchestration, and scaling with Kubernetes.
- Assist in AI model training, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline implementation, and cloud deployments on AWS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment throughout all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or be a final-year student in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
- Possess a strong foundation in programming, data structures, and software engineering principles.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for Artificial Intelligence, autonomous systems, and emerging technologies.
- Be a quick learner with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
Required Skills:
- Possess 0–1 year of experience or strong academic/project exposure in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or Software Development.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Python programming, with knowledge of GoLang, Java, SQL, or JavaScript considered an added advantage.
- Have a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern web application architecture.
- Possess a strong understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals and commonly used ML algorithms.
- Have hands-on experience with Machine Learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy.
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Transformer models, and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI and LLaMA.
- Be familiar with RESTful APIs, JSON, and SQLAlchemy for application development and integration.
- Have academic or project-based experience using version control tools such as Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
- Possess a basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines, software build processes, and deployment practices.
- Exhibit strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Have practical experience with Agentic AI concepts, including reasoning, planning, memory, and tool integration.
- Demonstrate hands-on project experience using frameworks such as Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
- Be familiar with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and vector databases.
- Have exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Kibana.
- Possess working knowledge of AWS services for application development or Machine Learning deployment.
- Have internship or academic project experience in AI/ML or Full-Stack Development.
- Showcase open-source contributions or personal projects hosted on GitHub.
