Key Responsibilities:
- Gain familiarity with Software Engineering principles, Agile methodologies, and industry best practices while applying them effectively in day-to-day development activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, enhance, and deliver high-quality software products, system components, and application features.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize software components while creating comprehensive unit and system test cases to ensure code quality, reliability, and adequate test coverage.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and repetitive tasks to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and development workflows.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve software defects by evaluating bug reports and implementing timely, high-quality fixes.
- Follow secure coding standards and best practices to develop reliable, scalable, and security-compliant software applications.
- Assist senior engineers in conducting performance testing, identifying performance bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to enhance system efficiency and stability.
- Adhere to organizational Software Engineering standards, coding guidelines, development policies, and quality assurance processes throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in assigned projects, technical initiatives, and continuous improvement activities while contributing effectively to team objectives and organizational goals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) with 0–2 years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
