Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, assess, and test data controls and data systems to ensure compliance with data quality, governance, and risk management standards.
- Perform routine data quality assessments, metadata analysis, governance activities, and data remediation to maintain data integrity.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to business requirements, design decisions, issue resolution, and remediation updates.
- Monitor and support data governance, data quality, and metadata policies, standards, tools, processes, and procedures to ensure consistent data controls.
- Assist managers in executing tasks and coordinating activities throughout the data issue identification and remediation lifecycle.
- Process, validate, and manage data received from third-party data providers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess at least 6 months of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management, or an equivalent combination of work experience, training, military service, and education.
Preferred Skills:
- Demonstrate experience in Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Management, and Data Lifecycle Management.
- Have a solid understanding of data management policies, standards, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Possess experience supporting data governance programs, compliance initiatives, and data quality activities across business functions.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of data quality management, metadata management, data lineage, Master Data Management (MDM), and data governance controls.
- Be proficient in AI, automation, analytics, and reporting tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Power Platform, Python, and related technologies.
- Have the ability to independently manage assigned deliverables while ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Demonstrate experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to support data governance and business requirements.
- Possess strong project coordination and organizational skills, including the ability to track deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data, metrics, and business insights effectively.
- Have experience developing management-level reports, dashboards, scorecards, and presentations.
- Exhibit a strong commitment to continuous learning, process improvement, and operational excellence.
