Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large healthcare operational datasets to identify trends, performance metrics, and financial insights.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel.
- Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL and relational database technologies.
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to support analytics and reporting requirements.
- Build and maintain analytical datasets and data models for operational reporting and business intelligence.
- Integrate data from multiple sources, including databases, flat files, APIs, and operational systems, to support analytics initiatives.
- Utilize Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate to automate data workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Support cloud-based analytics solutions and contribute to data processing activities within AWS environments.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, validation, and monitoring across analytics datasets and reporting systems.
- Communicate analytical findings and business insights effectively through dashboards, reports, and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with PwC’s Code of Ethics, Business Conduct, HIPAA requirements, and healthcare data security standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a BE/BTech, ME/MTech, MBA, BCA/MCA, or a related degree, or possess equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Possess 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or reporting roles.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience working with SQL databases and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience building dashboards, analytical datasets, and operational reports.
- Exposure to ETL pipelines and data transformation workflows.
- Experience working with large operational datasets.
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries is preferred.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in writing advanced SQL queries, including joins, subqueries, window functions, aggregations, and query optimization.
- Possess experience working with SQL Server or other relational database management systems.
- Ability to design, build, and maintain database objects, including tables, views, indexes, and stored procedures.
- Experience extracting, transforming, and processing large datasets using SQL-based data processing techniques.
- Demonstrate proficiency in developing operational reports and interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
- Possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data analysis techniques.
- Experience performing data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting data quality issues.
- Ability to analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of data modeling principles and analytics dataset design.
- Possess strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience building or supporting ETL/ELT pipelines for data integration and transformation.
- Familiarity with data integration tools such as Alteryx, Informatica, or similar ETL platforms.
- Exposure to AWS services related to analytics, data storage, and data processing.
- Experience using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including PowerApps and Power Automate, for workflow automation.
- Familiarity with Python or similar scripting languages for data processing and automation.
- Experience working with healthcare datasets or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) environments.
