Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Analytics: Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing and customer engagement campaigns by analyzing performance data and identifying key success metrics.
- Data Collection & Preparation: Gather, validate, and prepare data from multiple sources, including CRM systems and digital platforms, to facilitate comprehensive campaign analysis.
- Performance Reporting: Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports to monitor campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and response rates using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Looker.
- Insights Generation: Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend strategies to improve future campaign performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, and business teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver analytical solutions that support data-driven decision-making and business outcomes.
- Continuous Learning: Stay current with emerging campaign analytics methodologies, tools, and technologies, and demonstrate adaptability in applying new knowledge to evolving business needs.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of campaign analytics processes, methodologies, reports, and findings to promote transparency and knowledge sharing.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates and final-year students from reputable institutions are encouraged to apply.
