Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, and develop software programs for product enhancements and new software solutions.
- Utilize current programming languages, Microsoft technology stack, and modern development technologies to write, test, debug, and maintain application code.
- Follow Agile development methodologies and effectively use tools involved throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including installation procedures and system maintenance guidelines.
- Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather system requirements and identify necessary modifications or improvements.
- Demonstrate strong ownership and delivery capabilities by establishing, managing, and meeting project milestones and deadlines.
- Translate business and technical requirements into well-engineered, integrated, and scalable technical solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum CGPA of 7.0 or above throughout academics.
- Fresher graduating in 2025 or 2026 with 0–1 year of experience.
- Candidates who have completed a CDAC course will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience with SQL databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or other relational database management systems.
- Practical knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts using technologies such as C#.
- Basic experience with web frameworks and technologies including ASP.NET, ASP, and Node.js.
- Understanding of database design, data modelling, and database performance tuning concepts.
- Knowledge of web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and Subversion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a positive learning attitude and professional work ethics.
- Ability to meet customer service metrics and adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Good collaboration skills to work effectively with partner teams, peers, and managers.
- Ability to provide regular status updates and reporting within teams.
- Comfortable working independently as well as in team-based environments.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse and cross-cultural teams.
- Keen interest in staying updated with the latest technology trends and industry developments.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in India for roles based in India.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps tools and practices.
- Experience using collaboration and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Exposure to AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
- Familiarity with Rockwell Automation platforms and technologies.
- Basic knowledge of industrial automation, control systems, or engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on project or internship experience in automation, robotics, or industrial systems.
- Exposure to deploying applications or code in cloud environments such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
