Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain self-service reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics platforms tailored to procurement stakeholders.
- Collect, aggregate, and analyze procurement-related data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights and meaningful visualizations.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics relevant to procurement operations.
- Develop interactive and visually compelling dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using appropriate reporting and visualization tools.
- Support ongoing manual reporting activities by preparing ad-hoc reports and analyses for specific operational needs, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Quantitative Sciences, or a related technical field, or possess equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or a technical operations role.
- Possess at least 3 years of experience in statistical problem-solving and analyzing datasets using SQL or comparable programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or C++.
Preferred Skills:
- Have 2 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field, with a focus on designing, developing, and maintaining self-service reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics platforms for procurement stakeholders.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik to create interactive dashboards and reports.
- Exhibit familiarity with SQL or other query languages for data extraction and analysis.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills to support manual reporting activities, including performing data validation, quality checks, and verification processes.
