Key Responsibilities:
- Playwright & TypeScript Testing: Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright and TypeScript for web applications, ensuring comprehensive coverage of user journeys and regression scenarios.
- D365 Testing: Design and implement test cases for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) modules, and validate system integrations and workflows within D365 environments.
- Azure Service Level Testing: Conduct service-level testing of Azure cloud components, including Azure Boards, Azure Repos, Azure Pipelines, Azure Test Plans, and Azure Artifacts, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance. Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance workflows and optimize CI/CD processes.
- AWS Service Level Testing: Set up and manage testing environments using AWS accounts for system integration testing, perform service-level validation of AWS infrastructure, and maintain repositories for automation scripts, test data, and test results.
- Quality Assurance & Risk Management: Identify and assess risks impacting testing activities, document probability, impact, and mitigation strategies, and incorporate feedback while sharing execution reports to support transparency and continuous improvement.

Technical Skills:
- Demonstrates proficiency in Playwright and TypeScript for automated testing.
- Possesses experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 testing and integration validation.
- Maintains a strong understanding of Azure DevOps tools and cloud service testing practices.
- Exhibits familiarity with AWS infrastructure and service-level testing methodologies.
- Is capable of managing test repositories and automation scripts within cloud environments.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and QA.
- Documents and communicates test results, risks, and mitigation strategies in a clear and structured manner.
Process & Optimization:
- Applies knowledge of standard processes, templates, and metrics to optimize testing efforts.
- Promotes continuous improvement through regular feedback loops, reviews, and audits.
