Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of document processing workflows using OCR technologies.
- Configure document classification and data extraction processes using tools such as Otera AI and ABBYY FlexiCapture.
- Utilize JavaScript and Python for scripting, customization, and automation of document processing logic.
- Validate extracted data to ensure high levels of accuracy and quality standards.
- Perform data review, correction, and exception handling for processed documents.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance automation efficiency and minimize manual intervention.
- Support the testing, debugging, and optimization of Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of workflows, configurations, and processes.
- Stay updated with the latest features, tools, and best practices in OCR, Python, and JavaScript technologies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Possess 0–2 years of experience; freshers with a strong interest in automation are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of OCR, document processing, and data extraction concepts.
- Exhibit proficiency in JavaScript and Python (mandatory requirement).
- Have familiarity with OCR tools such as ABBYY FlexiCapture or similar platforms (preferred).
- Possess strong attention to detail along with analytical thinking abilities.
- Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data handling techniques.
- Demonstrate good problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Have exposure to automation tools or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms.
- Possess a basic understanding of AI/ML concepts related to document processing.
- Have experience working with both structured and unstructured data.
- Demonstrate familiarity with APIs and data integration concepts.
